Bull River Guest Ranch is located in the Rocky Mountains in British Columbia. A hidden gem and a must stay!
We have had the pleasure of shooting over the years in this beauty little spot.
We were there recently shooting a wedding for Melissa and Josh. A fantastic couple with the best family and friends. A classic yet relaxed atmosphere and we were just enjoying the whole day.
Everything from the colours to the flowers was just perfect, we always appreciate details that are special to the couple.
I loved their first look, it was private, beautiful and full of love.

The staff and venue at Bull River Guest Ranch are top of the line and simply amazing.
The attention to details and personal touches were fantastic.
With a stunning venue like this one you can have a great view from anywhere on the property and utilize every space to take advantage of the unique light, barns, walls trees, horse fields, wildflower meadows and of course that iconic mountain backdrop.
One of the special things you can also do here at BRGR is take a short five minute drive down to the Bull river and Dam area.
PSA- Bring appropriate shoes ie (hiking shoes or boots, at least runners or stable footwear). Sandals, flip-flops or dressy shoes will only allow you to explore the very top of the gorge area.
When you can get down to the bottom, you have a beautiful view of turquoise water, unique rock structure and of course the beautiful dam and usually a rainbow.
Just one of the ceremony sites are set just below the mountains, with a large and modern arch to decorate as you please.
BRGR offers multiple places to have your ceremony at and is always ready to work that out with you to make your day perfect!
Are you looking for an all in one place to have it all? You can utilize the cabins or RV area to house everyone for the duration of your event. They have the sweetest honeymoon suite and also include a jacuzzi in a central area for everyone to enjoy.
The outdoor reception area is so beautiful with a huge fire place, Timber roof, twinkling lights , bar area and nice big dancefloor!
I especially loved the clear roll down walls, to keep the heat in on colder nights and to assist with keeping the bugs away.
With picnic tables outside, and strung lights everywhere above your heads, it gives a very relaxed yet sweet place to chill out in the night air.
Heck yes we love this place and everyone who helps make it run so smoothly! Anna (head lady)makes everything perfect and does everything to make your event one of the most beautiful and personalized.
